  • Vehicle-related data: make, model, tyre dimensions
  • Navigation data: IP address, cookies, pages visited (via Google Analytics)
  • Payment data: processed securely by our payment providers (no bank data is stored by SOS PNEUS GE)

4. Purpose of Processing

Your data is collected for:

  • Execution of our services (interventions, quotes, invoicing)
  • Management of VIP subscriptions and Enterprise contracts
  • Management of tyre storage (tyre identification)
  • Improvement of our website and services
  • Sending marketing communications (only with your consent)

5. Data Sharing

Your personal data is never sold to third parties. It may be shared with:

  • Infomaniak Network SA (email hosting, Geneva)
  • Wix.com (website hosting)
  • Google (Analytics, Google Business Profile)
  • Our payment service providers

6. Retention Period

  • Client data: retained for the duration of the business relationship + 10 years (Swiss legal obligation)
  • Navigation data: maximum 13 months
  • Storage data: duration of storage + 12 months

In accordance with the nLPD, you have the following rights:

  • Right of access to your personal data
  • Right to correct inaccurate data
  • Right to deletion (within legal limits)
  • Right to data portability
  • Right to object to processing
