These general terms and conditions govern the contractual relationships between SOS PNEUS GE – KEHIL (hereinafter "the Provider"), whose registered office is located at Rue de la Filature 42, 1227 Carouge (GE), and any natural or legal person (hereinafter "the Client") using its mobile tyre services.
The Provider offers the following services:
The Provider mainly operates in the canton of Geneva and its surroundings (Carouge, Lancy, Meyrin, Vernier, Plan-les-Ouates, Onex, Thônex and neighbouring municipalities). Interventions outside the service area are possible on request and may be subject to a surcharge.
The current rates are those displayed on the website www.sospneus-geneve.ch at the time of ordering. Prices are stated in Swiss francs (CHF), including VAT where applicable. Payment is due upon completion of the service, except for monthly invoicing agreements for professional clients holding a VIP Business contract. Accepted payment methods: cash, credit card, TWINT.
VIP subscriptions (Silver, Gold, Platinum, Business) are taken out for a minimum term of one month. The Client may cancel his subscription at any time with 30 days' notice. Subscription benefits become effective upon confirmation of payment.
The Provider ensures the storage of the Client's tyres and/or wheels in a secure location insured against theft and fire. The Client must collect their property within 12 months of deposit. After this period and after a notice to perform that has gone unanswered for 30 days, the Provider reserves the right to dispose of the property.
The Provider undertakes to perform the services in accordance with the rules of the trade and applicable Swiss standards (torque tightening according to manufacturer specifications, professional balancing). The Provider's liability is limited to the amount of the service concerned. The Provider declines all responsibility in the event of pre-existing damage to rims or tyres not reported by the Client before the intervention.
Any cancellation must be communicated at least 2 hours before the scheduled intervention time. Emergency interventions (night, weekend, public holidays) are subject to a surcharge as indicated in the rate schedule.
Any complaint must be submitted in writing to contact@sospneus-geneve.ch within 7 days of the service. The Provider undertakes to provide a response within 14 working days.
The processing of personal data is governed by our Privacy Policy, which is available on this website, in compliance with the nLPD (new Federal Data Protection Act).
These terms and conditions are governed by Swiss law. In the event of a dispute, the parties undertake to seek an amicable solution. Failing this, the competent courts of the canton of Geneva shall be seised.
